Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care across diverse communities. You will utilize the nursing process, coordinate with the healthcare team, and ensure high standards of practice at all times.

Responsibilities include planning patient assessments, education, triage, and comprehensive care across prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

Qualifications

• RN license required or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience; travel nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and maintain required certifications.

• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and maintain competency in required certifications.
