Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality patient care in diverse healthcare settings across North Dakota.

You will apply the nursing process to deliver individualized care and work with physicians and other professionals to plan and evaluate patient care. The role requires a valid RN license in the practicing state, at least one year of nursing experience with six months of travel nursing, and the ability to live within 60 miles of the

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state; multi-state licensure if applicable.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Maintaining required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver individualized care (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Provide care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Practice within licensing regulations and professional nursing codes.

Additional Information
