Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care across diverse settings. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care while collaborating with physicians to develop and evaluate care plans.

Requirements include RN licensure (state or NLC), 1+ year of nursing experience with travel nursing exposure, and the ability to live within 60 miles of the facility. Certifications and ethics are integral to practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure in practicing state or multi-state NLC licensure.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience and 6 months travel nursing experience.
• Must be able to live within 60 miles of the facility.
• Maintain certifications and uphold professional standards and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver individualized care.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Provide care across prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Manage patient assessments, education, triage and nursing interventions within scope of practice.
