Job summary

Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered care across diverse healthcare settings. You will apply the nursing process and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize treatment outcomes.

The role requires at least one year of nursing experience, six months of travel experience, and a valid RN license in the practicing state or with multistate licensure. Travel flexibility and distance from the assigned location are considered for placement.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid RN license in practicing state or multistate licensure.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
• Must live at least 60 miles from the assigned location and maintain required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver personalized care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and evaluate patient treatment.
• Provide care across all phases: preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practice within the scope of licensure and adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
