Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care in the United States is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel staffing opportunities to serve underserved communities. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered care across the nursing process and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, travel nursing experience preferred.
• Live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications.

• Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide personalized patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Deliver care across phases—preventive, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinate care, perform patient assessments, education, triage, and execute nursing interventions.
• Adhere to nursing standards and ethical/legal guidelines.
