The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in underserved communities through travel staffing opportunities. This role emphasizes the nursing process, collaboration with physicians, and comprehensive care across prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

Contracts are typically 14 weeks with potential extensions. Weekly pay with stipends and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off are available.

Responsibilities Include

• Utilizing the nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Providing care across all phases - preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Planning and coordinating patient care, conducting assessments, patient education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards, adhering to applicable state regulations, and following professional ethical guidelines.

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Obtaining and maintaining required competencies and certifications.
