Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care across diverse communities.

The role emphasizes the nursing process, collaboration with physicians, and care across all life phases, including preventive and follow-up services. Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license (state or multistate via NLC) and have at least one year of nursing experience, including six months in travel nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in practicing state or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Minimum of one year nursing experience and six months travel nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate patient care.
• Provide care across all phases, including preventative, health maintenance, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up.
• Handle patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within scope of practice.
• Practice according to state licensure standards and professional guidelines.

• Practice according to state licensure standards, the Nurse Practice Act, and professional ethical guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to work in rotating 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications.
