Qualifications

• 7-10 years in a related management role in construction.
• Experience as a traveling Quality Control Manager preferred.
• Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 requirements and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection checklists.
• Inspect construction activities for compliance and quality issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of inspections and generate reports.
• Review contractor submittals for compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate material testing and oversee subcontractor practices.
• Stay updated on quality standards and regulations.
