Job Details
  1. Oversee the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring all tasks are carried out efficiently and safely.
  2. Coordinate and manage construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring they are well-informed about their responsibilities and tasks.
  3. Ensure all construction operations are in compliance with FAA and NPS guidelines.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for all site safety and health issues, adhering to OSHA regulations and maintaining an SSHO certification.
  5. Conduct regular quality control checks, maintaining a QCM certification and ensuring all operations meet the highest standards of quality.
  6. Develop and implement project schedules and work plans, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  7. Travel to various construction sites as needed, managing operations and addressing any issues that arise.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring all parties are kept up-to-date on project progress.
Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in a supervisory or management role.
