Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Project Superintendent to join our on-site team in Michigan. You will oversee all construction project aspects, coordinate crews, manage subcontractors, and ensure schedules are met while upholding safety and quality standards.

With 5+ years in a similar role, you will lead cross-functional teams, deliver weekly lookaheads, and liaise with stakeholders to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Project Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced environment in the construction industry where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects.   9. Identifying potential issues or delays in the project and finding effective solutions.
Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  2. Proven experience in managing crews, subcontractor management, scheduling, and manpower allocation.
  3. Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.

  10. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
