Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Quality Control Manager (QCM) to lead quality on complex federal healthcare and mission-critical construction projects in the Hershey, PA area. This role offers real authority and ownership over project quality rather than mere compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing QC on federal construction projects.
• Experience with the Three Phases of Quality Control.
• Healthcare, hospital, or mission-critical construction experience.
• Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as project requirements dictate.
