Job summary

LINX is hiring a Senior Quality and Training Specialist to lead regional QA/QC oversight for low voltage and fiber cabling installations across hyperscale data center and commercial construction projects. You’ll own quality at site and regional levels, reviewing BOMs/PMLs and delivering training programs to keep quality consistent nationwide.

Qualifications include 5–7+ years in network cabling, knowledge of TIA/EIA/BICSI standards, and strong leadership with travel readiness.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience delivering network cabling projects.
Deep knowledge of industry standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI) and Division 27 documentation.
Experience leading quality control and quality assurance at site and regional levels.
Proficiency with cable testing tools and quality documentation.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with travel ability.

Responsibilities

Lead site-level quality management for data center and commercial projects, ensuring specs and safety compliance.
Provide regional quality oversight across multiple job sites to drive consistency in cabling installations.
Review and validate scopes, BOMs, and PMLs for large-scale environments.
Supervise and mentor cabling crews and conduct pre/post-install inspections.
Partner with project managers to resolve scope deviations and implement corrective actions.
Maintain quality documentation for audit readiness and closeout.
Develop and implement QC procedures and training for field teams.
Communicate with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
