Job summary

The General Manager of Operations will lead the property's day-to-day project oversight, including inspections, vendor management, and capital expenditures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of resident accounts and general ledgers.
• Knowledge of vendor invoicing and insurance compliance practices.
• Experience with NetVendor, Avid, Truist, and Entrata.
• Knowledge of budget creation, management, and oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage complete active vendor list for property.
• Manage vendor compliance through the use of NetVendor.
• Assist with the annual audit and in developing yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Work with Maintenance Supervisor to assist in budgets/spending.
• Participate in meetings to communicate project status, timeline, budget, and vendor needs.
• Communicate delays to project completions or financial constraints.
• Assist with move-out/in and large-scale property events.
• Ensure timely completion of property inspections and quarterly inspections.
• Ensure compliance with PeakMade key control protocols.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
