GNB Global Inc. in Rhome, TX seeks an experienced Project Manager to independently run multiple commercial steel-framed and tension-fabric building projects from handoff to closeout. You will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, field operations, and customers to ensure safety, schedule, and budget goals are met.

The role requires strong leadership, construction knowledge, and financial awareness, with travel across the U.S. and Canada as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with structural steel, pre-engineered buildings, industrial construction.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple steel-framed, tension-fabric building projects from handoff to completion.
• Review contracts, drawings, schedules, and customer requirements before execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate engineering, design, manufacturing, procurement, shipping, and field installation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage customer communications.
• Oversee invoicing, change orders, and project closeout activities.
