Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on- and off-site project management.
• Coordinate logistics for equipment and materials.
• Develop work procedures and oversee quality control.
• Manage job safety programs and crew supervision.
• Oversee superintendents and workforce.
• Control project costs and scheduling.
• Prepare project reports and progress updates.
• Drive sales and business development activities.
• Travel as required to project sites and meetings.
