Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group is representing a leading national structural steel fabricator on major projects across the U.S. This on-site field role focuses on protecting the project, solving problems, and keeping schedules on track rather than crew management.

You will travel nationwide to ensure the steel package is installed as intended. Ideal candidates have structural steel field experience, a strong understanding of steel erection, and the ability to read drawings, with excellent communication

This opportunity is for experienced structural steel professionals who know that successful projects are won in the field—through proactive problem solving, strong relationships, and keeping steel moving.

You'll represent a nationally recognised structural steel fabricator on major projects across the U.S. Acting as the company's eyes and ears, you'll work alongside GCs, erectors, and project teams to resolve issues, coordinate deliveries, and ensure the steel package is installed as intended.

This is not a crew management role. You won't be responsible for hiring, labour management, or running ironworkers. Instead, you'll focus on protecting the project, solving problems, and keeping schedules on track.

What You'll Do

• Travel nationwide to assigned projects
