Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling Project Manager- Self Perform (AFG) to lead and direct projects across multiple locations. The role emphasizes safety, coordination with design teams and subcontractors, and successful delivery of complex Industrial & Manufacturing projects.

This position requires traveling to assigned projects nationwide, managing preconstruction to closeout activities, and maintaining strong client relationships while upholding JE Dunn’s values.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in construction management.
• Experience leading complex projects and teams.
• Proven ability to manage safety, schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction for a project or a major portion of a larger project.
• Lead preconstruction and buyout processes, including pricing and subcontractor management.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare and review submittals, shop drawings and change requests.
• Lead meetings, reports and project closeout activities.
