Responsabilidades

• Oversee project performance by controlling cost and schedule.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to keep work moving safely.
• Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Maintain scheduling alignment with crews, subs, and DOT timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Resolve design and field challenges with engineers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners and project teams.
