Job summary

B&B Concrete Contractors seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy civil and DOT infrastructure projects in the Charlotte area. You’ll own project performance, safety, scheduling, and field coordination, guiding teams to deliver on time and on budget.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, owners, and subs, manage change orders, and maintain strong relationships. A builder’s mindset, practical problem-solving, and clear communication are essential to drive projects forward.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering heavy civil, DOT, roadway, bridge, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and overall project success.
• Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Keep projects on track—align crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
