You will ensure safe, efficient execution while coordinating with DOT timelines and subcontractors. The position focuses on driving project performance, maintaining strong owner and partner relationships, and delivering documentation and change orders

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy civil, DOT, roadway, bridge, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and overall project success.
• Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Keep projects on track - align crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
