Job summary

B&B Concrete is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead heavy civil, DOT, roadway, or infrastructure projects. You will own project performance, drive safety, and partner with field teams to keep work moving.

This role requires strong communication, resilience, integrity, teamwork, and a builder-minded approach to solving problems in the field and on paper. You’ll manage costs, schedules, and owner billings while maintaining relationships with owners and engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading heavy civil, DOT, roadway or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to drive project performance while coordinating with field teams.
• Excellent communication and ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and overall project success.
• Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Keep projects on track by aligning crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Resolve design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
