Job summary

B&B Concrete is seeking a Project Manager to own project performance—managing cost, schedule, and overall success on heavy civil, DOT, roadway, or bridge projects.

You will partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently, coordinate with owners and engineers, and manage subcontractors, change orders, and documentation. The role requires a practical, builder-minded approach and strong ownership.

• Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Keep projects on track - align crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
