Barton Malow in Georgia is seeking a Traveling Project Manager to lead large-scale sports and entertainment venue projects. You will oversee procurement, planning, field operations, and cost management with a focus on schedule, quality, and safety.

Based initially in Macon, GA, this role requires coordinating with trade contractors, designers, and owners across the Carolinas and Georgia to deliver iconic venues on time and within budget.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 6+ years of GC/CM construction management experience.
• Sports venue construction experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to support projects across the Carolinas and Georgia as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement activities including bidder management and subcontracts.
• Develop and manage project schedules and site logistics.
• Oversee field operations, safety, punchlist, and coordination with trades.
• Manage cost control, budgets, and change management.
• Lead project meetings and manage client/Architect interactions.
