Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; PMP/CCM credentials preferred.

The Senior Project Manager will serve as a senior owner representative embedded within one of our most complex, high-velocity mission critical programs. This is a leadership position for someone who has earned the autonomy to make consequential decisions, command the confidence of demanding hyperscale clients, and orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams through the full construction lifecycle of large-scale data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior owner representative on-site, leading cross-functional delivery teams and maintaining full accountability for program outcomes from construction mobilization through commissioning and closeout.




• Recruit, structure, and mentor a high-performing project team; establish clear roles, escalation paths, and performance expectations commensurate with program complexity and client demands.




• Own the construction phase of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS); govern activity durations, sequence logic, float management, and resource loading across all trade and system packages.




• Maintain full ownership of the construction-phase project budget, integrating GMP contract values, design assist commitments, and owner-direct procurement into a unified cost model aligned with total cost of development.




• Evaluate and challenge GC cost proposals with informed scrutiny; leverage market data and mission critical benchmarks to protect owner value.




• Track and manage Level 1 through Level 5 commissioning milestones across all critical systems: power, cooling, fire suppression, BMS/EPMS, and structured cabling infrastructure.




• Serve as the primary conduit between the owner and all delivery partners, managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and maintaining alignment across a complex stakeholder ecosystem.




• Support program leadership in procurement strategy, drafting and issuing RFPs, conducting bid leveling, and preparing selection recommendations with documented rationale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in mission critical / data center construction, with preference for hyperscale or enterprise-scale programs ($200M+)




• Demonstrated experience as an Owner Representative or Construction Manager at-Risk, with documented accountability for budget, schedule, and delivery outcomes




• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to lead executive-level conversations with confidence and control




• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; PMP, CCM, or equivalent credential preferred
