Job summary

SLS Consultants is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead real estate development and construction projects in the data center, semiconductor, and healthcare sectors. You will oversee all phases from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, quality, safety, and performance.

A rotational travel schedule may be considered for candidates outside the local area; strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in real estate development, construction, or design.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related area preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Data center, semiconductor or healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient in project management tools, project accounting, and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and identify schedule, cost, quality, and operational risks.
• Review schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports for compliance with project requirements.
• Participate in construction and coordination meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Track procurement activities and long-lead equipment to support milestones and critical path requirements.
• Assist in managing project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and reporting deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with project safety standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes, procedures, and best practices.
