Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Traveling Project Manager. This individual will be leading a project team for a large complex project, managing client relationships and providing regular status updates while coordinating with internal departments to keep the project on track.

The role involves budgeting, reporting, and mentoring as well as participating in meetings and guiding project direction to ensure timely delivery. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of systems design for HVAC, plumbing, etc.
• Strong computer skills with CADD, ERP and MS Office (Excel).
• Experience as traveling project manager on large complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops client relationships by providing project status updates to client and internal teams.
• Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders for the project.
• Participates in project meetings with internal departments.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction stay on schedule.
• Develops budget analysis reports, cost/revenue projections, change orders and other reports as needed.

• Provides coaching and performance feedback as necessary.
