Job summary

gpac is seeking a Traveling Project Manager- Mechanical Construction to oversee large-scale mechanical construction projects across the United States. The role involves leading HVAC, piping, and mechanical builds, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving safety, quality, and budget performance.

You will manage schedules, forecasts, and manpower plans while mentoring junior PMs and strengthening client relationships.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Mechanical Construction Project Management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or proven working experience in Construction Management.
  • HVAC, Plumbing, or Mechanical Piping project experience preferred.
  • Strong financial management and forecasting skills.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and project schedules.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of P6 or Microsoft Project and willingness to learn.

Traveling Project Manager- Mechanical Construction

This is an opportunity with a growing national team to lead complex HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical construction projects while working for a company experiencing tremendous growth throughout the mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing markets.
