Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for a 100% travel role within our Engineering division. You will plan, direct, and lead field work on engineering projects worldwide, coordinating with clients and teams to meet specifications and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in engineering project management, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a willingness to travel. A related engineering degree and PM certifications are preferred, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in project management within the Engineering industry.
  • Proven experience in planning, directing, and leading field work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome project challenges and obstacles.
  • Experience in managing project installations and overseeing field operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes and experience in production oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • A willingness to travel constantly, with the ability to adapt to new locations and cultures quickly.
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications in Project Management (like PMP or PRINCE2) are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
