Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced leader to oversee complex projects in the Critical Facilities-Data Centers division, with responsibilities from preconstruction through closeout. The role emphasizes client development, team leadership, and project risk management.

Reports to: Construction Executive and Regional Operations leadership. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 18+ years of related experience, with strong knowledge of construction processes, BIM/Lean technologies, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree plus minimum of eighteen years' related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques, as well as accounting principles.
Ability to seek out and find business opportunities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, the design community, and organizations to enhance future business development opportunities.
Develop high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring; ensure regular feedback including timely performance appraisals.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Departments to secure new work for the business unit.
Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements on all projects.
Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions.
Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout.
