Job summary

Alston Construction is seeking candidates to support Estimating/Preconstruction, Project Management, and Field Supervision across diverse projects nationwide. The role focuses on bidding, scheduling, cost control, and maintaining client relationships to ensure profitable, on‑time delivery.

Candidates should have a degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or an equivalent mix of education and experience) and applicable design-build experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Design-build experience on relevant project types is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents for compliance with specifications and contracts; assess design and constructability issues.
• Assist PM/Superintendent with project planning, scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
