Orlando Health is seeking a Supervisor, Medical Practice to oversee daily operations of a physician group practice site and ensure efficient, compliant activities across scheduling, staff supervision, and reporting.

The role supports practice growth and efficiency, coordinates with leadership, and requires strong interpersonal and supervisory capabilities within a multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Three years’ experience in a physician office setting.
• No licensure requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations including personnel supervision and compliance with policies.
• Manages facility operations, scheduling, and performance reporting.
• Serves as a resource to the COO/Director/Operations Manager.
• Develops and supports policies and procedures; participates in strategic planning.
• Hires staff, assigns work, coaches, and handles disciplinary actions.
• Ensures systems knowledge and effective use of practice management software and EMR.
• Maintains attendance, compliance with policies, and professional conduct.
