Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Field Service Representative - Power Distribution to install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair customer equipment. You will interpret schematics, perform audits, document site reports, and support equipment installation and testing at customer sites across the region.

The role requires an electrical apprenticeship or a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, military experience in Navy Nuclear ETs or Electrician's Mate, and extensive startup/testing

Qualifications

• Completion of an electrical apprenticeship (8,000 hours) or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Navy Nuclear Electronic Technicians or Electrician's Mate.
• Experience with electrical startup and testing including circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, PLCs, and capacitor banks.
• Proficient in understanding and communicating in English.
• Travel: 50% and schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to Field Services small projects coordination and execution on customer site.
• Provides support to Level 2 and Level 3 FSRs re removal of electrical equipment.
• Interprets blueprints and service documents, including specifications and quality requirements.
• Performs basic audits of customer's electrical systems and equipment.
• Documents all required information for each site (technical report).
• Communicates with Project Coordinator to ensure smooth execution.
• Properly documents, labels, and returns defective parts used in repairs.
