Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Field Service Representative - Power Distribution to install, inspect, test, and troubleshoot customer electrical equipment at sites across the Tulsa, OK area. You will document test results and service summaries and train customers on operations and maintenance.

The role requires an electrical apprenticeship or a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, plus Navy Nuclear or Electrician's Mate experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Electrical apprenticeship (8,000 hours) or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in Navy Nuclear Electronic Technicians or Electrician's Mate.
• Electrical start-up and testing including breakers, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, PLCs, and capacitor banks.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
• Travel to customer sites approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to field services projects on customer sites (end of life, modernization, upgrade).
• Supports Level 2 and Level 3 FSRs for equipment removal.
• Interprets blueprints, specifications, reports, and quality requirements.
• Performs basic audits of customer electrical systems and equipment.
• Documents site information in technical reports.
• Coordinates with Project Coordinator for smooth execution.
