Job summary

Faith Technologies in Ohio seeks a Field Service Representative - Power Distribution to install, inspect, test, troubleshoot and repair customer equipment, including start-up and service. You will document test results and provide training to customers, supporting warranty work and modifications as needed.

The role requires an electrical apprenticeship or a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, plus relevant field experience or military electrical roles, with travel up to 50% to customer

Qualifications

• Education: electrical apprenticeship or Electrical Engineering degree.
• Experience: Navy Nuclear Electronic Technicians or Electrician's Mate welcomed.
• Experience: electrical start-up and testing incl. breakers, transformers, VFDs, PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot and repair customer equipment.
• Provide documentation including test reports and service summaries.
• Instruct customers on operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Perform warranty work and start-up service.
• Interpret blueprints and service documents; audit electrical systems.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and provide training.
