Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Field Service Representative - Power Distribution to install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair customer equipment. You will document test results, train customers, and support modifications while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring an electrical apprenticeship or Electrical Engineering degree, plus military or hands-on start-up experience with breakers, transformers, switchgear, VFDs and PLCs. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of an electrical apprenticeship (8,000 hours) or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Military experience: Navy Nuclear Electronic Technicians or Electrician's Mate.
• Electrical start-up and testing experience including breakers, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, PLCs, and capacitor banks.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Travel: 50% of time; schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to Field Services projects on customer sites (end of life, modernization, upgrade, etc.).
• Provides support to Level 2 and Level 3 Field Technicians as it pertains to removal of electrical equipment.
• Interprets blueprints and service documents with focus on specifications and quality requirements.
• Performs basic audits of customer electrical systems and equipment.
• Documents all site information through technical reports.
• Communicates with Project Coordinator to ensure smooth execution.
• Properly documents and returns defective parts to disposal/repair locations.
