Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Field Service Representative - Power Distribution to install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair customer equipment on site. You will document service activities, instruct customers on operation and maintenance, and provide start-up support.

The role requires reading blueprints, performing electrical tests, and collaborating with senior technicians to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Completion of electrical apprenticeship or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in electrical start-up and testing including breakers, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, PLCs, capacitor banks.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair customer equipment on site.
• Provide technical support and documentation to customers.
• Interpret blueprints and service documents and maintain detailed site records.
• Coordinate with Level 2/3 technicians and project coordinators.
• Train customers and other service reps; develop and maintain relationships.
