Job summary

The Springs Living seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, in-house therapy services for adults, with an emphasis on aging in place. You will influence residents’ mobility, independence, and well-being through person-centered interventions.

You will screen, evaluate, and document treatment, coordinating with families and staff while adhering to regulatory guidelines. Travel to communities in Happy Valley and nearby areas is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program - Physical Therapist (PT).
• Current state licensure in good standing.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Screen new residents to determine need for intervention and refer as needed.
• Evaluate residents and collect data for planning and implementation.
• Communicate findings to residents, families and team members.
• Document treatment times following laws and regulations.
• Coordinate care with insurance reimbursement and billing.
