Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program with PT credential.
• Current state licensure required.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

• Screen new residents to determine need for intervention.
• Evaluate residents to obtain data for planning and treatment.
• Communicate evaluation findings to residents, families and team.
• Maintain treatment records per laws and regulations.
• Coordinate care with insurance reimbursement and billing.
• Deliver treatment per standards and adapt to individual needs.
• Monitor responses and adjust treatment to goals.
• Educate residents, families and staff on adaptive equipment.
• Communicate effectively with community staff and maintain safety standards.
• Ensure infection control and OSHA compliance.
