Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Leader to support the district’s pharmacy operations, ensuring safe dispensing, patient counseling, and immunization services. You will travel to fill pharmacist shifts and act as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy when needed, while coaching the team to deliver compassionate, accurate care.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with strong patient-facing skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and pharmacy team across districts.
• Dispense medications safely and counsel patients.
• Support immunization services and patient health education.
• Manage inventory, including cold chain products, and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Fill in as Pharmacy Manager on busy shifts and during travel across the district.
• Ensure attendance and scheduling aligns with business needs.
• Assist in resolving insurance and medication issues for patients.
