Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers, acting as the face of our national brand in the local community.

You will inspect homes, assess needs, and propose solutions while coordinating with service teams to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue. Travel may be required across territories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).
• Must pass pre-employment background screen.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve issues and proposals for enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of the home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality.
