Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) across multiple offices. You will prepare patients, assist with procedures, and maintain a clean, sterile clinical environment.

You will collaborate with front office staff and specialty teams, travel between locations as needed, and contribute to a high standards culture with strong patient care, safety, and record-keeping responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED; state-required certification/training.
• Specialty Dental Assistants must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Travel to multiple offices per day and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per state dental auxiliaries table.
• Assist clinicians to ensure PPE and patient focus.
• Escort patients and coordinate with front/back office for smooth schedules.
• Maintain clean, sterile operatory and proper infection control.
• Prepare patients for treatment and assist dentists.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral photos as directed.
