Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Front Desk experience.
• 1 year of Medical Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance companies, translators and leaders.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals and verify insurance.
