Job summary

Choice Healthcare Services in Stockton, CA is seeking a Traveling Orthodontic Patient Coordinator (Front Office Receptionist) to schedule appointments, check patients in and out, handle checkout duties, and perform essential administrative tasks while traveling between our Stockton, Lodi, Modesto and Merced offices.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, has a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably dental office experience.

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Dental office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process payments.
• Schedules treatment appointments and recall appointments.
• Confirms treatment appointments.
• Takes calls throughout the day.
• Checks patients in and out.
• Confirms observation appointments.
• Schedules observation appointments.
• Works on daily sign in sheet.
• Scans in NPP, and enters it in the system.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
• Ability to get along and work effectively with others.

Summary: The Traveling Orthodontic Patient Coordinator (Front Office Receptionist) schedules appointments, performs check-in and out duties, assists with checkout duties as needed, and performs administrative duties.

This position with travel between our Stockton, Lodi, Modesto & Merced offices.

Pay Range: $16.90-$20.00 - per hour - We also offer Millage and shift differential additional pay in addition to your hourly pay Excellent Opportunity

• Confirms treatment appointments
