Job summary

Willamette Dental Group is seeking an Orthodontic Dental Assistant for Springfield, Bend, and Corvallis practices. You will support the Orthodontist with orthodontic care, take radiographs, impressions, and ensure patient comfort throughout procedures.

Required: high school diploma or GED with state credentials; ADA-accredited program preferred. The role offers a full-time schedule (4-10 hour shifts) and a pay range of $23.00 to $36.00 per hour, plus traveling incentive where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and state credentials to function as a Dental Assistant.
• Graduation from ADA accredited program preferred or with externship.
• Orthodontic or Invisalign experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Change orthodontic wires and appliances per orthodontist instructions.
• Prepare and maintain instruments and materials for dental procedures.
• Counsel patients on post-operative care and oral health.
• Take dental radiographs and upload to axiUm.
• Take impressions and pour study models as needed.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean sterilization area.
• Adhere to PPE policies and wear required protective gear.
• Travel to other Willamette Dental locations as needed.
