Job summary

Willamette Dental Group in Idaho seeks a Dental Assistant to support dentists, hygienists and other providers in delivering exceptional patient care. Duties include instrument prep, four-handed dentistry under supervision, radiographs and post-operative counseling.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and state credentials; ADA-accredited program preferred, EFDA is a plus. Travel within WD locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and credentials to function as Dental Assistant.
• ADA accredited program is preferred; EFDA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment and materials for procedures.
• Work under a dentist and perform four-handed dentistry.
• Take and develop dental radiographs.
• Take impressions of patients’ teeth for study casts.
• Maintain sterilization areas and comply with PPE policies.
