Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking an Onsite Construction Manager or Engineer with a strong background in construction management to oversee project sites across the U.S. This role involves managing subcontractors, coordinating project activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor team members. Significant travel is required, with regular home rotation and flexible vacation time.

This role includes responsibilities such as conducting inspections, monitoring project schedules, and ensuring effective change management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of construction management experience required.
