Job summary

Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Construction Manager or Engineer with an established track record to oversee subcontractors and provide Owner’s Advisor services across a variety of project sites nationwide.

The role centers on Industrial Water/Wastewater Infrastructure, Remediation Construction, and Industrial Process/Mechanical work for Energy and Production clients. The position requires significant travel with deployments from 1–2 weeks to several months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Experience with IPD/Design-Build projects preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the United States and deployment for 1–2 weeks to months.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite construction activities and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project schedules and track progress against plans.
• Review subcontractor pay applications and manage change orders.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and liaise with project stakeholders.
