Job summary

The Collier Companies is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to support multifamily properties across Florida. The role requires on-site presence and travel to communities to assess challenges, plan improvements, and drive performance.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in multifamily property management, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively to stay close to properties and residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property management or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and be on-site extensively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of assigned properties to identify key issues and opportunities.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve property performance.
• Train and mentor on-site teams to uphold standards and goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring policy compliance and best practices.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics.
• Foster positive resident relations and address concerns.
• Travel extensively to multiple properties to implement improvement plans.
