The Collier Companies is seeking a Property Manager to join our on-site team in Gainesville, FL. This role reports to the Florida Home Office and focuses on resident satisfaction, curb appeal, and financial performance across a large 200+ unit community.

You will lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic team, drive marketing initiatives, and oversee capital projects and budgeting. This is a growth-oriented opportunity with a prestigious, award-winning organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in community management required.
• Experience with 200+ unit communities preferred.

This is an on-site role, reporting out of The Collier Companies Florida Home Office in Gainesville, which offers beautiful natural areas, a temperate climate, and tremendous educational, cultural, and commercial opportunities. Your Skills – What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a successful Community Manager is strongly preferred.
• Background in conventional and student housing is a plus!
• Be able to manage a community size of 200 or more apartment homes.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
• Proven track record of marketing plan creation & successful implementation.
• Capital projects and maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to manage a financial plan (aka budget). A plus if you have experience creating your community’s financial plan!
• Strong technical skills and experience with Entrata is a plus!
• Exceptional customer service skills with a quick problem-solving approach.
• Have an eye for detail and commitment to curb appeal standards.
• Desire to learn and grow within an award-winning organization.
• Experience with renovation projects and capital projects preferred.
