SFR3 Fund is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain homes in Georgia, ensuring tenant satisfaction through proactive service and clear communication.

You will perform carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, travel between homes daily, and document conditions with handheld devices for work orders and updates. The role offers guaranteed hours and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Multi-Trade Knowledge across carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and property turns.
• Must be advanced in plumbing and HVAC; certifications highly preferred.
• Customer-Focused with strong communication for residents and team interactions.
• Owns tools and has a truck or van.
• Valid Driver's License and reside near the work area.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable using handheld devices for work orders and updates.
• Knowledge of building codes, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
• Maintains a reliable, professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including Carpentry, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical work.
• Travel daily between homes within the metro area.
• Conduct property inspections, secure homes, and complete vacancy/wellness checks.
• Handle minor pre-renovation repairs, utility inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
• Manage move-in/out meetings and property turnovers.
• Document property conditions using handheld technology (e.g., iPad, iPhone).
